• Reservation Request Form
  Each LST guest needs to complete a Trip Reservation Form, which is directly on the website in order to reserve your space or book a tour.  It's important that you read, sign and fill out the form completely to confirm your reservation. 

•  The required Deposit of $250 must be made within 02 -20 weeks of filling out the Trip Reservation Form and by Friday, July 23rd, 2010.  As many Payments as you want can be made toward the total cost of the cruise &/or w/in 02 - 200 days of the cruise.  Full Payments must be made by Sunday, September 12th, 2010; 10 - 200 Days prior to the sailing.  If you change your form of payment we will need a new Trip Reservation Form  with your name at the top and the new payment information at the bottom.
