• Reservation Request Form
  Each LST guest needs to complete a Trip Reservation Form, which is directly on the website in order to reserve your space or book a tour.  It's important that you read, sign and fill out the form completely to confirm your reservation. 

•  The required Deposit of $350 must be made within 2 weeks of filling out the Trip Reservation Form and by November 17th, 2009.  As many Payments as you want can be made toward the total cost of the cruise &/or w/in 3 - 90 days of the cruise.  Full Payments must be made by November 20th, 2009; less than 5 Days prior to the sailing.  If you change your form of payment we will need a new Trip Reservation Form  with your name at the top and the new payment information at the bottom. 

    

• Trip Insurance 
  We are pleased to offer trip insurance.  Please click on "Trip Insurance."  It is highly recommended.

• Luxury Singles Travel can recommend how to have a Passport expedited if you do not have one, so you can have it in time for the cruise.
