Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply if you are joining one of our regularly scheduled luxury cruises and/or trips and/or tours listed on this website.*
Deposits
A per person deposit of a certain amount (varies per cruise and/or trip and/or tour) is required within 10 days - up to 190 days when the cruise and/or trip and/or tour starts (depending on the cruise and/or trip and/or tour) of making the cruise reservation, and/or trip and/or tour a deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This may be paid with a personal check, by Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Confirmation Package
As soon as we receive your reservation and deposit, we will send you wthin 2 - 8 weeks (or less if you sign up for the cruise and/or trip and/or tour closer to departure date) detailed pre-trip information material on what to bring, how to prepare for your trip, travel directions, detailed itinerary, trip cancellation insurance application, pre- and post-tour hotel information, airfare schedules and Love To Travel, LLC. policies.; in addition if requested by the travel guest air quotes, and info. and help on how to get a Visa/Passport (normal time or expedited)
Balance Payments
The balance of the trip price is due 05 - 190 days prior to departure (varies per cruise and/or trip and/or tour) payable by check, money order or credit card. If you pay your deposit by credit card, we will assume that you would like your balance also paid by credit card and we will charge your credit card plus a 5% service charge for the balance due 05 - 190 days prior to the departure (varies depending on the cruise and/or trip and/or tour), unless you instruct us otherwise in writing. If the balance is not paid when due, Luxury Singles Travel, a Division of Love To Travel, LLC. reserves the right to regard the reservation as canceled, however, we will contact you before we do so. And often arrangements can be made where you can still pay closer to the departure date of the cruise and/or trip and/or tour.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies:
If you need to cancel your reservation 45 - 76 days or more prior to the trip and/or cruise and/or tour date, a full refund of the trip and/or cruise and/or tour deposit paid will be provided, less a $0 - $50 cancellation fee. For any cancellations 45 - 75 days or less prior to the trip and/or cruise and/or tour date, no refund will be provided unless the canceling passenger is replaced and then a full refund will be provided, less a $0 - 50 - $250 cancellation fee. However, usually Luxury Singles Travel is lenient and won't charge any cancellation fess regardless of when you cancel your reservation.
If you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit, less the following fees:

All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail, fax or US mail.
When you cancel a cruise and/or trip and/or tour, we must ask you to notify us in writing. Exceptions to these policies cannot be made for any reason. We are also happy to assist you in transferring from one cruise and/or trip and/or tour to another in the same calendar year up to 190 days prior to the cruise and/or trip and/or tour date at no charge, after which our cancellation policy applies. If unforeseen circumstances require a change to the cruise and/or trip and/or tour itinerary, Luxury Singles Travel, a Division of Love To Travel, LLC. will make every effort to select alternative hotels of the same standard and to keep modifications to a minimum. Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love to Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a cruise and/or a trip and/or a tour for any reason. In such an instance, we will refund all payments received, which will constitute full settlement, unless cancellations are due to any unforeseen or overwhelming circumstances or event or guest or person beyond the control of Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC. that hindered or prevented the cruise and/or a trip and/or a tour from going then everything but the deposit amounts following the cancellation policies and guidelines of Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC. will be refunded.
Arrival and Departure
Each cruise and/or trip and/or tour begins and ends in a town accessible by boat, bus, plane, or train. Meeting and ending locations are listed on each of the individual cruise and/or trip and/or tour website pages or emails or in the advertising pages describing them, as well as in your pre-departure information. For some cruises and/or trips and/or tours, it may be preferable to arrive at the starting point the night or two prior to the cruise and/or trip and or tour departure date. We will be happy to provide you with instructions on how to phone or fax the hotels yourself, or to make these reservations for you. If you elect to have Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC. make these reservations for you, the hotels require that we provide them with a credit card number to hold these reservations or, in rare occasions, to send them a check in advance of arrival. We will advise you of specific hotel payment policies.
Accommodations
Travel cruise and/or trip and/or tour accommodation rates are based on two - three people per room. If you are traveling alone, we will assign you a roommate of the same gender, or you can choose to room alone, paying the single supplement. There are a limited number of single rooms available on all travel cruises and/or trips and/or tours. If you choose to be paired with a roommate and we are unable to pair you, we will invoice you for the single supplement 15 - 75 - 190 days prior to the travel cruise and/or trip amd/or tour; depends on the travel cruise and/or trip and/or tour start date. If we are subsequently able to find you a roommate, we will gladly refund the single supplement. Based on availability, for each travel cruise and/or trip and/or tour, guests can also request to have triple or quad occupancy; sometimes more guests are allowed to room together as suites are sometimes available. Usually in these circumstances, each guest that requests this will prefer to have accommodations in a triple or a quad or sometimes more occupancy instead of a double or a single occupancy.
Insurance
We include in all Deposit and Final Confirmation Packages an application form for travel insurance that offers you options to cover baggage, accident/ life and/or cruise and/or trip and/or tour cancellation. Cruise and/or Trip and/or Tour Cancellation Insurance reimburses you for non-refundable air and land costs, if you have to cancel a cruise and/or trip and/or tour due to personal or family illness or accident or whatever the reason may be. The insurance that we recommend usually provides coverage for most or all pre-existing conditions if you complete your insurance form and postmark it within 7 - 45 calendar days of our receipt of your deposit. We highly recommend that you obtain this insurance. All of the insurance plans that we offer are optional to purchase.
Cruise and/or Trip and/or Tour Price includes:
* Standard to First class to Superior First class accommodations that reflect the region visited;

* Some of our trips include Airfare
* Breakfasts and some dinners daily, sometimes along with some lunches
(most trips include some meals or all meals please see specific cruise and/or trip and/or tour

* All park / entry fees (unless noted)
* Scheduled admission fees to historic sites (unless noted)
* Usually includes Gratuities for hotels, meals and baggage unless otherwise noted
* Cruise or Tour literature
* Experienced guides
* Some Support vehicles
* Most or All of the transportation during the cruise or tour, whether by bus, boat, train, plane, cable car or funicular (unless otherwise noted) except for optional excursions or anything extra that the travel guest would like to participate in
* Prices are effective through April 2011; NOTE: Airlines, Cruise Lines, and Tour Companies reserve the right to increase published rates and air fare supplements without prior notice. However, fully paid or deposited guest will be protected, except for fuel surcharges, government taxes, other surcharges and changes to deposit, payment and cancellation terms, conditions which are subject to change without notice.

Children's Rates
All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
On a Luxury Singles Travel cruise and/or trip and/or tour, often kids get a break even before you leave home. Kids are usually given substantial discounts when sharing a room with 1 or 2 full-paying adult travel guests.
And if your family includes wee ones…
Several of our trips can accommodate families with younger children. Give us a call, as we can often arrange supervision for the littlest ones so that older siblings and adults can maximize their fun.
You are responsible for choosing a cruise and/or trip and/or tour that fits your abilities, level of fitness and health. If you need any assistance in selecting the right cruise and/or trip and/or tour for you, please contact a Luxury Singles Travel, a division of LoveTo Travel, LLC., Trip Coordinator or Agent at Local & Intl # 1-770-367-7241. You are also responsible for reading the pre-cruise and/or or pre-trip and/or pre-tour information material and bringing with you all of the appropriate clothing and equipment and travel documents needed for each cruise and/or trip and/or tour, as well as, acting in accordance with the customs and laws of the regions visited. Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC. reserves the right to accept, remove, retain or decline any cruise and/or trip and/or tour member at any time for any reason. In such case, a refund equal to the actual cost of the unused services is the limit of Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC. responsibility.
Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC. will not be held responsible in any way for someone getting hurt in any way on any cruise and/or trip and/or tour.
Payment of your deposit represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions, as well as, all General Information listed in this catalog and subsequent cruise and/or trip and/or tour departure material: Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To travel, LLC.; its members; employees, trip coordinators, trip volunteers, and agents, give notice that all services and arrangements related to this cruise and/or trip and/or tour have been made by Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC., only as agents upon the express condition that Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel,LLC. shall not be liable and does not assume responsibility for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss whether to person or property arising out of any mishap, injury, accident, death, cancellation, delay, alteration, or inconvenience resulting from any act of omission, commission or inadvertence of any hotel, carrier, restaurant or other company or person rendering any of the services included in the cruise and/or trip and/or tour or caused by weather, sickness, strikes, quarantines or the willful or negligent acts of any other cruise and/or trip and/or tour members or any cause whatsoever beyond the control of Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC.
Some days or activities and certain cruises and/or trips and/or tours listed in this website and/or catalog are operated by local or non local tour operators contracted with Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC. These operators have been selected for the quality of the services and cruises and/or trips and/or tours they offer as well as the desirability of the destinations.
Luxury Singles Travel, a division of Love To Travel, LLC. reserves the right and cruise and/or trip and/or tour participants agree to allow Love To Travel, LLC. to take photographic or film records of any of our cruises and/or trips and/or tours and cruise and/or trip and/or tour participants, and may use any such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
