Reservation Request Form
Each LST guest needs to complete a Trip Reservation Form, which is directly on the website in order to reserve your space and/or book a tour. It's important that you read, sign and fill out the form completely to confirm your reservation.
The required Deposit of $1,700 can be made within 02 - 20 weeks of filling out the Trip Reservation Form and by Friday, November 04th, 2011. As many Payments as you want can be made toward the total cost of the cruise &/or w/in 02 - 200 days of the cruise. Full Payments by Wednesday, November 09th, 2011 2011; 02 - 200 Days prior to sailing. If you change your form of payment we will need a new Trip Reservation Form with your name at the top and the new payment information at the bottom.
