Fees & Taxes     Reservation Request Form Each LST guest needs to complete a Trip Reservation Form, which is directly on the website in order to reserve your space or book a cruise.  It's important that you read, sign and fill out the form completely to confirm your reservation.   The required Deposit of $1,200pp* must be made within 2 weeks of filling out the Trip Reservation Form and by December 01st, 2008.  As many Payments as you want  can be made toward the total cost of the cruise &/or w/in 23-90 days of the cruise.  Full Payments must be made by December 08,2008; less than 30 Days prior to sailing.  If you change your form of payment we will need a new Trip Reservation Form  with your name at the top and the new payment information at the bottom.     Trip Insurance  We are pleased to offer trip insurance.
