Cancellations 45 days or less prior to the trip date, no refund will be provided unless the canceling passenger is replaced and then a full refund will be provided, less a $25-$250 cancellation fee. All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail, fax or US mail. Please check that you have read this.

CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT PROCEDURES:

A Luxury Singles Travel representative, a division of Love to Travel, Inc.,

will contact you with confirmation of the secured space and/or spaces

within two to sixteen business days of the submission of this form

All confirmed participants have up to 02 - 200 days

to make the optional and sometimes required deposit

by check, money order, or credit card payment through Paypal

If have requested any supplemental air,

will be given available fare and flight schedule information

for flights to/from the requested city pairs.

Once a flight schedule and fare is approved,

the reservation is confirmed and have up to 02 - 200 days

to make the deposit and/or the full payment.
