Reservation Request Form Each LST guest needs to complete a Trip Reservation Form, which is directly on the website in order to reserve your space to book a cruise. It's important that you read, sign and fill out the form completely to confirm your reservation.
Deposit of only $350pp* is due at time of reservation. As many Payments as you want can be made toward the total cost of the cruise &/or w/in August 25,2009; usually 70 days prior to the cruise. If you change your form of payment we will need a new Trip Reservation Form with your name at the top and the new payment information at the bottom.
