Fees & Taxes     Reservation Request Form Each LST guest needs to complete a Trip Reservation Form, which is directly on the website in order to reserve your space or book a tour. It's important that you read, sign and fill out the form completely to confirm your reservation.   The required Deposit of $1,200 per person must be made within 4 - 12 weeks of filling out the Trip Reservation Form and/or by December 20th, 2010. As many Payments as you want can be made toward the total cost of the cruise and/or within usually 02 - 120 days of the cruise.  Full Payments must be made by December 20th, 2010; usually 02 - 120 Days prior to sailing.
