• Reservation Request Form
  Each LST guest needs to complete a Trip Reservation Form, which is directly on the website in order to reserve a space or book a cruise.  It's important that you read, sign and fill out the form completely to confirm a reservation

•  The required Deposit is due by Friday, November 04th, 2011 of $1,200 and must be made within 2 - 20 weeks of filling out the 

  Trip Reservation Form and by Friday, November 04th, 2011.  As many Payments as you want  can be made toward the total cost of the cruise &/or w/in 10 - 200 days of the cruise.  Full Payments must be made by Friday, November 04th, 2011; 10 - 200 Days prior to the sailing

  Trip Reservation Form  with the name at the top and the new payment information at the bottom
