Reservation Request Form Each LST guest needs to complete a Trip Reservation Form, which is directly on the website in order to reserve your space or book a tour. It's important that you read, sign and fill out the form completely to confirm your reservation.
The required Deposit is due by January 23,2008 of $1,200 and must be made within 2 weeks of filling out the Trip Reservation Form and by February 03, 2008. As many Payments as you want can be made toward the total cost of the cruise &/or w/in 15-90 days of the cruise. Full Payments must be made by February 03, 2009; 15-90 Days prior to sailing. If you change your form of payment we will need a new Trip Reservation Form with your name at the top and the new payment information at the bottom.
